Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transformation projects for our clients, focusing on organizational change, digital transformation, and asset rationalization.
  • Develop and implement asset rationalization programs for government agencies and private sector companies.
  • Design and implement branch-level multi-year investment plans for government agencies and private sector companies.
  • Conduct governance reviews and restructuring for the implementation of emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading transformation projects for government agencies or private sector companies.
  2. Experience in developing and implementing asset rationalization programs for government agencies or private sector companies.
  3. Experience in designing and implementing branch-level multi-year investment plans for government agencies or private sector companies.
  4. Experience in conducting governance reviews and restructuring for the implementation of emerging technologies.
Nice to Have Requirements:
  1. Experience in developing and delivering funding models and financial models in support of branch-level investment plans.
  2. Experience in leading the development of investment prioritization frameworks and decision models.
  3. Experience in engaging stakeholders from multiple government departments or agencies to secure buy-in for organizational and process change.
  4. Master's degree in business, information technology, or information management from a recognized university.
  5. Yellow belt lean six sigma certification.
