Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at SVP Sports. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing daily store operations.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and establish work schedules.
- Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail store management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
