About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at SANTAN ESTATES (NIAGARA) INC. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our crops and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize crop growth
  • Direct and oversee agricultural crop deleafing activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage farm feed inventory and implement soil fertility programs to maintain optimal soil health
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records, providing regular updates to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of farm operations with overall business strategy
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
