Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator to the Senior Vice President will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise & Non-Financial Risk. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support for one or more executives, including preparing documents and presentation materials, screening and responding to correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls, and drafting letters and official information releases.
  • Monitor, review, and approve expenditures to ensure activities are conducted within established guidelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison and coordinator for department initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Support role;
  • Sound knowledge of business/bank terminology and departmental procedures;
  • High level of discretion required when dealing with confidential matters;
  • Highly organized with the ability to proactively find solutions;
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or related field.
