About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Squash Professional Coach to join our team at The Glencoe Club. As a key member of our squash department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching services to our members, including group and private lessons, as well as organizing programs, leagues, and tournaments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and implement training and practice sessions, including group lessons, private and semi-private lessons, and camp programs
- Organize and manage squash programs, leagues, and tournaments
- Develop and implement training programs to help members improve their skills and achieve their goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a full-time Squash Professional Coach
- Completion of secondary education
- Proficient computer, organizational, and time management skills
- Minimum National Coaching Certificate (or international equivalent)
- Experience organizing tournaments and events
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent instruction, verbal communication, and customer service skills

Additional Details:
This is a permanent, year-round, full-time opportunity with a competitive wage band of $65,000-$100,000. The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check and online certifications prior to commencing employment.
