Painter and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Waseem Khan Personal Real Estate Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired colour and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work at heights and in various locations.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a team environment.
