About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our healthcare security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and alarms, and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Document and report incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer service.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
