JMC HR Consulting seeks a forward-thinking HR Leader to drive business success through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a critical opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies – Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development – Establish a performance management framework and provide coaching to managers to enhance employee growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention – Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • HR Policies & Compliance – Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management – Research and recommend competitive benefits and compensation strategies.
  • HR Systems & Data Management – Select and implement an HRIS to streamline HR functions and leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management – Stay up-to-date on labour laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices align with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, policy development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • CHRP designation.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
