Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support and maintain our business applications. The successful candidate will troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, provide end-user training and assistance, and travel to various locations to support and coordinate IS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with end-users to identify and deliver required system service levels.
- Support the implementation of business applications as required.
- Travel to various facilities as directed.
- Perform daily operations, including other duties assigned by the Director of Information Systems or Information Systems Manager.
- Be available on-call via cell phone or home phone and may require evening and weekend work in response to the needs of the systems being supported.
- Work as part of an integrated team consisting of all departments and the shop floor.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
- iSeries (AS/400) Professional Services.
- 1-3 years of experience with CMS (or another ERP system) and relevant industry experience is an asset.
- Be a self-starter who can assist the team on multiple projects or tasks concurrently and complete them on time.
- Knowledge of OS/400 (intermediate level).
