Job Summary

We're seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for facilitating communication between projects and business partners. This role requires a skilled analyst who can gather requirements for complex technology initiatives and ensure that all business requirements are satisfied throughout all phases of a project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine clear business problems and develop solutions.
  • Analyze current and future processes, including enterprise-wide processes.
  • Define conceptual and detailed requirements for technology solutions using various techniques.
  • Develop detailed requirements, implementation plans, conversion plans, and user acceptance testing plans.
  • Execute user acceptance testing, implementation, conversion, and aspects of test and deployment plans.
  • Work closely with the technical team to determine integration and performance testing requirements.
  • Ensure coverage of requirements and test scenarios.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry business trends and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production system problems effectively.
  • Perform data analysis using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience in custom systems and implementation on large, complex projects.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with file encryption, transfer, and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and consultative skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed planning, organizing, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and responding to changing priorities.
  • Proven analytical abilities and ability to work at an abstract level.
  • Demonstrated understanding of requirements definition and management techniques, including business process modeling, user stories, workflow analysis, and data modeling.
  • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and data mining.
