We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment and possess excellent oral communication skills. If you are a team player with a client-focused approach, we encourage you to apply for this supervisory role.
