AIG Underwriting teams help find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. We are transforming how we help customers manage risk, reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways.

What You'll Need to Succeed

AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.

We look for a diverse background of experience, culture, and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record.

Requirements

Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2025 (unofficial transcript required upon application).

Early Career Analyst positions are in-person opportunities and are available in Toronto.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per year, plus benefits that take care of what matters – your finances, family, local communities, and health and wellbeing.

You can access a variety of leaves for personal, health, family, and military needs, and up to 16 hours a year to volunteer in your community.

We also offer a range of learning opportunities to help hone professional skills and speed career development, including a tuition reimbursement program.
