At goeasy Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Manager to contribute to our company's real estate strategy. In this strategic position, you'll play a key role in negotiating offers and leases, securing internal approvals, and managing deposit requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of new real estate agreements and transactions, from initial pipeline stages to store openings.
  • Strategically manage the lease renewal program, focusing on cost-saving opportunities and coordinating with the operations team to optimize the company's real estate footprint.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with landlords to facilitate smooth real estate operations.
  • Oversee ad-hoc real estate projects, such as acquisitions or property assignments, as they arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience, with a preference for high-volume retail exposure across Canada.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of maintaining positive relationships during complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage a substantial portfolio of transactions and locations efficiently.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week.
