Intellex Systems is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform and service management modules, with a proven track record of implementing successful projects.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional analysis/configuration/development services to clients
  • Gather requirements from business teams and IT teams
  • Design and recommend solutions
  • Make configuration changes
  • Document and conduct knowledge transfer to staff members
Mandatory Requirements
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform and service management modules
  • Experience with 3-5 major ServiceNow projects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with configuration/development of ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, best practices, and methodologies
  • Ability to effectively conduct requirements gathering sessions
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
