Job Title: Financial Aid System Administrator

McMaster University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Aid System Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Financial Aid System Administrator will play a key role in the administration of financial aid systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student data, and providing technical support to aid administrators and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain financial aid systems, including OSAP cost code tables, cost code pattern tables, and user table configuration.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user documentation for financial aid systems and processes.
  • Provide technical support to aid administrators and students, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with financial aid systems.
  • Collaborate with the Office of the Registrar and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial aid systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial aid system administration, including data integrity and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in financial aid system administration.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in user tables, cost codes, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
