About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Team Member to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing special order requests, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with friendly and professional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Prepare special order requests, including cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Assemble and maintain self-serve cases, ensuring a visually appealing display of products.
  • Manage supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the bakery department.
  • Assist in other department functions, as needed, to support the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partial High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three months of experience in a related field.
