Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, and assisting with the sales and stocking of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise, including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
  • Maintain a fully stocked bakery department and ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  • Prepare bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines.
  • Ensure all displays are secured in a safe and proper manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the basic qualifications outlined by Walmart Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery or retail environment is preferred.
