About the Role:

Klean Janitorial Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Walking is also required to move around the facility.

  • Flexibility is required to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Organized and methodical approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
