About the Role:

Klean Janitorial Ltd. is seeking a skilled Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfecting: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Debris: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Attention to Detail: You must be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness.

Personal Suitability:

  • Punctuality: You must be punctual and reliable in your attendance.
  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.

Experience:

  • Training Provided: We will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Language: The primary language of work is English.
