CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is seeking a skilled Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as emptying trash cans and other waste containers. You will also be responsible for making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contacting tradespersons for major repairs. Additionally, you will be required to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment.
