Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Transportation Execution team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our transportation operations, including DEA, Speed, OB Trans Network Design, and Capacity Planning for Last Mile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage volume-related escalations, variations in volume compared to planned figures, Linehauls, and VAA operations
  • Monitor, share, and bridge performance metrics (DEA, volume share analysis, capacity available vs plan) on a daily/weekly basis
  • Coordinate with FC, ACES, NWD, and TESS teams for network design/connectivity changes and maintain seamless flow of information and coordination
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
