Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Realtor Entrepreneur or Team Leader/Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize innovative lead generation tools and leverage advanced social media opportunities to identify and pursue new business leads.
  • Brand Amplification: Develop and maintain a professional local brand to enhance the company's reputation and attract a targeted following of connections and relationships.
  • Schedule Optimization: Strategically coordinate schedule and travel to optimize client meetings throughout the area.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the team to demonstrate the resources and expertise of New Street to clients during the sales process, ensuring confidence in the value and competence of our solutions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and working alongside senior management to develop overarching strategic sales direction.
  • Data Analysis: Synthesize large amounts of real estate data and information into a cohesive story for market updates and presentations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all real estate service categories, including residential resale, pre-construction, builder marketing, builder sales, and mortgages.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to team marketing via authoring content and participating in brainstorming sessions to drive creative concepts and ideas across all channels.
  • Industry Trends: Stay at the forefront of digital trends and industry innovations as they develop.
Qualifications
  • High Energy and Motivation: A winning goal-oriented attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Real Estate Experience: 1+ years of previous real estate experience or new agent looking to gain experience via a 6-month training/shadowing program.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies and creative concepts, extending strategies/concepts into all marketing channels.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Solid communicator, able to effectively communicate with authority and confidence, while building strong relationships with team members and prospective clients.
  • Project Management: Detail-oriented multi-tasker, with excellent project and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Deadline Driven: Ability to meet tight deadlines and hold team members accountable to both internal and external deadlines.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, able to command a room and evoke trust amongst clients, as well as tell a compelling story.
  • Work Ethic: Unwavering work ethic, with the passion to succeed, win new client pitches, and support the greater team.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth.
  • Diversified Income: Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend availability as needed.
