Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position varies by location, with rates ranging from $12.75 to $20.33 per hour. Follett offers a range of benefits to its employees, including competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
