We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Art Director to lead our creative team. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital art direction and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote innovative digital experiences through collaboration with the creative, strategic, and technical teams.
  • Develop clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the team.
  • Visualize ideas and create visual design directions for clients and internal projects.
  • Create evocative brand stories that build emotional connections with users.
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage feedback.
  • Develop Evolving Web's creative approach.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience in digital art direction, including experience in a senior position.
  • Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking.
  • Compelling interactive and conceptual design, with an emphasis on quality user-centred web and digital products.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices.
  • Experience in designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and inVision.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
