- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure that staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in word processing, database, and inventory control software.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and working a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be adaptable, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
