Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tabrizi Rugs. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize store performance.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, and develop effective marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Plan and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in the flooring and drapery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, database management, and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
