Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tabrizi Rugs. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our floor coverings and draperies store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates and customer service representatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in the floor coverings and draperies industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in inventory control software and database management.
