Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Membership by promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
  • Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
  • Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and securing items until Members arrive.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage range of $18.00 to $25.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
