Product Manager, Group Retirement Savings Expert

Empire Life is seeking a Product Manager to join our Group Product & Marketing team in the Group Retirement Savings line of business.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric orientation to manage all aspects of product management and development. This role will involve launching new investment products, managing product development pipelines, and developing and presenting product proposals and cost benefit business cases to Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of work experience in a product management/development/plan design capacity in the Group Retirement Savings space. They will also possess knowledge of investment product implementation processes and be able to conduct profitability analysis, pricing recommendations, and ongoing business KPIs/metrics.

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location of this position is hybrid - Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the group retirement savings business, including launch new investment products and product development pipelines
- Develop and present product proposals and cost benefit business cases to Senior Management
- Conduct profitability analysis, pricing recommendations, and ongoing business KPIs/metrics
- Support sales and market development opportunities, including sales strategies, presentations, marketing materials, and pitch decks
Requirements:
- 7+ years of work experience in a product management/development/plan design capacity in the Group Retirement Savings space
