Empire Life is looking to hire a strategic product lead to join our Group Product & Marketing team in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product management/development/plan design capacity in the Group Retirement Savings space, with a strong understanding of investment product implementation processes and the B2B/B2B2C space.

We are seeking someone who can analyze complex subject matter, conduct profitability analysis, pricing recommendations, and ongoing business KPIs/metrics. The successful candidate must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a comprehensive employer-funded benefits package, flexible work arrangements, and an annual allotment of personal health days.

As a product manager, you will manage all aspects of product management and development, including launching new investment products, developing and presenting product proposals and cost-benefit business cases to senior management, and supporting sales and market development opportunities.
