Pharmacy Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of pharmaceutical care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Report Adverse Events in accordance with provincial regulatory standards and internal obligations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the dispensing and clinical activities of pharmacists.
  • Support pharmacy technicians and assistants in the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.
  • Contribute to operational activities that optimize pharmacy processes.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager with the development and implementation of pharmacy financial plans and overall business strategy.
  • Participate in regular operations meetings with pharmacy leadership.
  • Ensure proper accounting on billing and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the implementation of new projects to drive and support the pharmacy business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current registration with the College of Pharmacists, Schedule A.
  • 5 years in pharmacy, with a minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provincial regulations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of Kroll.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS office software.
