Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team in Langley, BC. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and project management skills to deliver complex land development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and construction managers, to achieve project objectives;
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed;
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits;
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes;
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in land development project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects;
  • Hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license and be registered with the Engineers Geoscience British Columbia (EGBC);
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial management, client relationship building, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $103,799 - $143,599 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
