The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our team. Our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team is a collaborative group that prides itself on its long history of delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and WSP's quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in land development and municipal engineering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
