We are seeking an Insurance Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. Your primary goal will be to build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most.

A typical day as an Insurance Solutions Consultant may include:

  • Providing quotes and selling new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
  • Assisting customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Managing and building customer relationships and meeting insurance sales targets
  • Following up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conducting sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role is also beneficial. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs is required.

We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a salary range of $45,000 - $67,000 per year, based on location and performance. Benefits include 3 weeks' vacation, 14 wellness days, company matching investment and savings programs, and 100% employer-paid group benefits.
