About the Role

SIXT Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our rental fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Vehicles: Clean and vacuum interior vehicles, wash and clean exterior vehicles, and check fuel levels and warning lights.
  • Inspect and Report: Inspect vehicles for damage, report any safety concerns, and verify that registration is present and current.
  • Assist Customers: Assist customers with their rental needs, provide advice and sales, and manage the rental process.
  • Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, report any unsafe or hazardous conditions, and assist with general cleaning of branch locations.
  • Meet Attendance and Punctuality Expectations: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous working experience preferred but not required.
  • Driver's License: A valid provincial driver's license, for the province of employment, with a clean driving record.
  • Availability: Able to work 40 hours a week, including day and/or evening hours, and holidays.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
