About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Agent to join our team at SIXT Canada. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for rental, including interior and exterior cleaning, fueling, and checking for damage
  • Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns and report any issues to management
  • Assist customers with their rental needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous working experience preferred but not required
  • A valid provincial driver's licence, for the province of employment, with a clean driving record
  • Able to work 40 hours a week including day and/or evening hours, and holidays
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
