We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Agent to join our team at SIXT Canada. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our rental fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare rental vehicles to SIXT standards, including interior and exterior cleaning, fueling, and checking for damage.
- Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns and report any issues to management.
- Assist customers with their rental needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous working experience preferred but not required.
- A valid provincial driver's licence, for the province of employment, with a clean driving record.
- Able to work 40 hours a week including day and/or evening hours, and holidays.
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
