Job Description

">

As Vice President of Sales, you will drive the growth of our SPM platform into select mid-market enterprise markets. You will develop, direct, and execute the company's sales strategy while building an effective and scalable outside sales, inside sales, and lead generation organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Developing specific plans and strategies for market capture to achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives;">
  • Taking a major role in key account relationships, closing complex deals, and building ongoing relationships;">
  • Hiring, training, organizing, and effectively deploying a high-performing sales organization;">
  • Establishing sales metrics and KPIs;">
  • Developing and implementing enhanced sales processes to monitor sales funnels and forecasts;">
  • Focusing the team to accelerate and drive business growth, new market development, sector leadership, and profitability;">
  • Maintaining, improving, and creating senior-level relationships with existing customers to drive additional revenues;">
  • Ensuring operational milestones are met on time with high quality and meeting cost objectives;">
  • Reporting regularly and proactively to senior management on results and plans going forward;">
  • Participating in the company's strategy planning sessions bringing forward innovative ideas and plans to bring the company to the next level;">
  • Assisting with corporate positioning and competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans, and related product positioning;">

  • Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto;">
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.">
