">Job Description
">As Vice President of Sales, you will drive the growth of our SPM platform into select mid-market enterprise markets. You will develop, direct, and execute the company's sales strategy while building an effective and scalable outside sales, inside sales, and lead generation organization.
">Your responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Developing specific plans and strategies for market capture to achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives;">
- Taking a major role in key account relationships, closing complex deals, and building ongoing relationships;">
- Hiring, training, organizing, and effectively deploying a high-performing sales organization;">
- Establishing sales metrics and KPIs;">
- Developing and implementing enhanced sales processes to monitor sales funnels and forecasts;">
- Focusing the team to accelerate and drive business growth, new market development, sector leadership, and profitability;">
- Maintaining, improving, and creating senior-level relationships with existing customers to drive additional revenues;">
- Ensuring operational milestones are met on time with high quality and meeting cost objectives;">
- Reporting regularly and proactively to senior management on results and plans going forward;">
- Participating in the company's strategy planning sessions bringing forward innovative ideas and plans to bring the company to the next level;">
- Assisting with corporate positioning and competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans, and related product positioning;">

- Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto;">
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.">
