Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Marble Inn Resort, Steadybrook. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables, take orders, and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that all tables are cleared and cleaned in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling and training of new staff members.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
