Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marble Inn Resort, Steadybrook. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing cash and recording sales accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other servers, bussing staff, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Reliability, initiative, and a team player attitude.
