Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marble Inn Resort, Steadybrook. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff

Requirements:

  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
