About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team at IFDS Group.

Job Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by responding to their enquiries professionally and accurately. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering a positive client experience through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between IFDS Group and the advisor/dealer community who act on behalf of our Fund Company clients.
  • Respond to a variety of client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple client inbound/outbound calls and emails while maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate client service requirements.
  • Be knowledgeable about IFDS Group's services, products, policies, and procedures pertaining to the team's accountable transactions.
Requirements
  • Must be fully bilingual in English/French with both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services frontline.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented environment; strong client focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Team Player, able to work in a team environment with shared goals and accountabilities.
About the Location

Employee working hours consist of various shifts. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am-8:30 pm Mon-Fri. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
