**About the Role**

Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Clerk to join their team in Trail, B.C. This is a Relief Part-Time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide clerical support to the Diagnostic Imaging department, including patient registration, scheduling, and communication with staff, patients, and physicians' offices.

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of various forms and documents, including registration and billing purposes.

* Type and distribute a variety of documents, including memorandums, letters, and minutes.

* Arrange meetings and book meeting rooms.

* Provide reception duties, including answering telephones and receiving visitors.

**Requirements**

* A current administered 5-minute typing certificate of 45wpm completed in the last 48 months from an approved institution.

* Proof of completion of a Medical Terminology Course.

* Two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

* A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work.
