Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with finding products.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, count and record inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean and organized, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: English.
