- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Handling Heavy Loads: Lift and move heavy merchandise and equipment as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
