Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mount Brydges Food Market is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
