Landscape Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Superior Exterior Landscaping. As a key member of our outdoor work crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' properties. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to ensure a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties
  • Lay sod or seed to create lush, green lawns
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to add color and vibrancy to our clients' outdoor spaces
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective work
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
