Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

Cameron Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
Work Environment:

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
