Job Title: National Director of Operations

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing a business unit that enables the company and its clients to achieve greater cost savings through increased self-perform of cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to deliver cleaning service programs to internal client account teams.
  • Manage operational budgets and ensure effective resource planning and allocation.
  • Accountable for promoting and achieving greater utilization of business unit's cleaning services by client business groups (CBG).
  • Collaborate with CBG leaders to identify opportunities for self-perform and deliver custom service solution programs.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to support delivery of cleaning services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a mobile field service organization.
  • Strong operations management skills and background in cleaning services delivery and operations.
  • Facility management industry or cleaning services work experience is an asset.
  • Strong people leadership skills and ability to guide team members to reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.
