About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Singam Auto Service Ltd. in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
  • Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
